Recruiting Manager

Anywhere, Global or US-based

Expectations / Requirements:

1) In Year 1, produce at least $200,000 in Direct-Hire Fee Revenue (permanent placements).

2) In Year 1, produce at least XYZ in temp-hire fee revenue (TBD by executive team).

3) 80%-95% of your time allocated towards sales, recruiting, account management.

4) Lead by example towards your team members, recruiters, managers and executives.

Contribute to company culture, company growth and brand.

5) Expand presence in regional markets but also nationwide. Identifying and executing growth

in new markets.
