We’re looking for an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple restaurant locations across North Texas. This role is for a hands-on leader who can develop strong General Managers, hit financial targets, and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage operations for 4–6 restaurants.
Coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
Drive performance in sales, labor, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and customer service.
Support growth and continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
3+ years multi-unit leadership in quick-service.
Strong track record in achieving operational and financial goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to travel between locations.
