Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop store managers to maximize performance, team engagement, and operational compliance.

• Drive sales, labor management, and profitability for multiple units.

• Implement operational initiatives and maintain brand standards.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable coaching and feedback.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development within your area.

• Proven multi-unit QSR leadership experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000–$93,000/year base
