Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop store managers to maximize performance, team engagement, and operational compliance.
Drive sales, labor management, and profitability for multiple units.
Implement operational initiatives and maintain brand standards.
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable coaching and feedback.
Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development within your area.
Qualifications:
Proven multi-unit QSR leadership experience.
Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,000–$93,000/year base
