We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at an upscale, polished dining restaurant in Houston. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and building a strong, service-first culture.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations with a polished, professional presence.
Drive sales and guest engagement while maintaining high service standards.
Manage and develop 2–3 Assistant Managers per unit.
Train, coach, and hold teams accountable to systems and service excellence.
Ensure consistent execution of operations, cost control, and team development.
Set the tone on the floor as a hands-on, visible leader.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success as a General Manager in polished casual or fine dining.
Hands-on leader with strong FOH focus and people leadership skills.
Service-first mindset, detail-oriented operator, and strong trainer.
Ability to balance delegation with accountability.
Polished presence with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Compensation:
Base salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (DOE) + benefits + bonus
