A fast growing Remote Recruitment Agency with Desks in Restaurant, Hospitality, Hotel, and Industries seeks committed full-desk recruiters to support its flourishing book of clients. This role is for individuals who is motivated, self-driven, sales-skilled candidates desiring to level-up in their career!


We are inundated with client job orders and this is a fantastic opportunity for those who takes massive action with the capacity to earn upwards of $10,000+ per month.


Who we seek:

- A high-energy, hard-working Self Starter who can recruit on our book of business

- People person who loves talking on the phone, texting, and emailing clients and candidates all day

- A Resilient individual who refuses to give up in the face of obstacles

- Thrives on a good challenge and problem solving (solution-focused)

- Enjoys Learning and loves direct feedback & coaching for professional growth

- Skilled at noticing little details, inconsistencies and discrepancies in jobseekers (also known as "red flags")

- Entrepreneurial driven individual who enjoys the journey

- 2-3 years experience at a Recruitment Agency preferred and will consider promising entry level applicants who are driven

- Exclusively focused on Contingency and Retained Management, Corporate Office, Hourly & Executive Searches

- Strong connections and experience in the hospitality, hotel and restaurant industry is preferred
