Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a calm, positive demeanor during peak rush hours, setting the tone for the entire team.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
- Plan, delegate, and manage daily store operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels and smooth workflows.
- Conduct regular performance assessments, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
- Utilize management tools and financial reports to identify trends, track performance, and implement strategic action plans for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven management or leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including nights and weekends (average 42–45 hour work week).
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
