What You’ll Do
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across multiple high-end concepts, ensuring flawless steps of service, uncompromising presentation, and strict adherence to global luxury standards (LQA).
Financial Stewardship: Manage annual operating budgets, track P&L performance, drive strategic forecasting, and identify revenue-generating programming alongside Sales & Marketing.
Cultivate Culture: Lead, inspire, and develop a retained team of outlet managers and hourly colleagues, fostering an environment rooted in trust, respect, and humility.
Compliance & Audits: Maintain strict oversight of health, safety, and sanitation regulations (DOH), conducting regular audits to ensure pristine facility standards.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of F&B leadership experience within an ultra-luxury hotel environment, elite membership club, or world-class fine dining group.
Deep knowledge of premium food preparation, fine wine, spirits, and high-end guest trends.
A naturally composed, energetic personality capable of handling high-pressure situations with grace.
Highly organized with strong P&L literacy and experience with modern hospitality systems (e.g., MICROS, SevenRooms, Harri).
NYS Department of Health and Hygiene certification is required; TIPS/ServSafe certifications are highly preferred.
