What You’ll Do
Lead the Floor: Run high-energy shifts, manage table turns, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
Support the Team: Coach, motivate, and mentor a large FOH team to maintain high service standards.
Drive Excellence: Maintain top-tier steps of service, handle guest feedback with grace, and keep the restaurant looking sharp.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
A positive, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.
Strong communication skills and a "lead-by-example" work ethic.
Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
