What we seek: We're on the lookout for a high-energy, hard-working individual who can effectively manage our existing book of business while also developing new relationships. Strong connections and a book of business within the Restaurant/Hotel/Hospitality industry are highly preferred. Experience selling Recruitment Products/Services or B2B Services/Products to Hotels is a big plus. We're looking for entrepreneurial-driven individuals with excellent leadership skills and strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities: As an Account Manager, you'll negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. You'll develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, you'll collaborate on dispute resolutions and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. You'll ensure the timely and successful delivery of our staffing services according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements and Skills: To excel in this role, you'll need proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders is essential. Solid experience with ATS and CRM software, along with experience delivering client-focused solutions on a B2B sales level with restaurants and hotels, is highly desirable. Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.

Preferred Qualifications: A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred, along with 5 years of sales and account management experience within the hospitality space.
