
A high-volume, dinner-focused restaurant group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee operations, drive team performance, and maintain exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-service environment, and relocation is welcomed for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations in a high-volume, dinner-only setting.
Lead, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Monitor and drive performance metrics including sales, labor, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Assist the General Manager in executing strategic initiatives and maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-service restaurant management, preferably in high-volume environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with hands-on, fast-paced operations.
Willingness to relocate; local candidates are not required.
