Compensation: : $40K base + guaranteed bonus
We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to help lead operations in a dynamic, buffet-style restaurant setting generating $100K–$150K in weekly sales.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, thrives under pressure, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.
What We’re Looking For:
5–7+ years of stable experience in restaurant leadership (consistent tenure is a must)
Background in corporate full-service concepts such as Cracker Barrel, Applebee’s, Fridays, or Texas Roadhouse
Candidates from fast-casual or high-volume QSR also welcome—must be coachable, high-energy, and results-driven
Proven success managing $4–6MM/year restaurant operations
Strong leadership presence, team motivator, and guest-first mindset
