Position: Director of Alternate Concepts
Salary: 160-200K (DOE)
We're seeking a high-caliber Area Leader of Operations | Director of Alternate Concepts with a passion for excellence, strategic thinking, and strong leadership presence. This individual will oversee $8–$12 million in annual revenue and serve as the face of an ambitious hospitality group with plans to elevate into the Michelin dining space.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multi-unit operations with a focus on Asian cuisine and fine dining
Lead and mentor high-performing teams across locations
Ensure top-tier guest experience and operational excellence
Partner with ownership and executive team on growth strategy and brand development
Maintain a polished, professional presence to represent the company both internally and externally
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in upscale or fine dining operations; Asian cuisine a plus
Executive presence with clear, strategic communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage $8M–$12M in annual revenue
Well-organized, charismatic, and confident in high-visibility roles
