Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management (3-4 stores or more)
• HU Certification is required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to analyze financial data and create action plans to improve profitability
• Flexible schedule with availability to travel between locations as needed
