Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a full-service QSR setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and inventory management
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to control food and labor costs
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
