Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations for a fast-paced, full-service quick-service restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a driven and organized culinary leader who thrives in high-volume environments.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a full-service QSR setting
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and inventory management
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to control food and labor costs
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
