Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of performance
  • Monitor guest flow, manage table assignments, and ensure efficient wait times
  • Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both guests and staff
  • Manage and maintain front-of-house supplies and inventory as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a high-volume setting
  • Proven ability to handle fast-paced operations and prioritize guest satisfaction
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is preferred
