Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Lead, train, and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of performance

- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Manage and maintain front-of-house supplies and inventory as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a high-volume setting
- Proven ability to handle fast-paced operations and prioritize guest satisfaction
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is preferred
