Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and maintaining high standards of quality
- Develop a Cadillac-Mexican inspired menu that combines traditional Mexican dishes with modern techniques and premium ingredients
- Manage food purchasing, inventory control, and cost management to ensure profitability
