Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence

- Oversee food purchasing, inventory management, and cost control
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen staff to foster a high-performing team
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining environment
- Proven culinary skills and creativity with a passion for food and presentation
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food cost management and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume kitchen
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Formal culinary training preferred
