Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 3-4+ fast food locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Develop and mentor store managers to achieve company goals and uphold standards
- Monitor store performance, including sales, profitability, and labor costs, while driving improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards across all locations
- Implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives effectively across all units
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and address any issues
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of management staff for each location
- Build a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and development
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas of improvement and create action plans
- Handle customer concerns and feedback with a focus on retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the fast food or quick-service restaurant industry (overseeing 3-4+ stores)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of operational systems, financials, and P&L management
- Ability to manage labor costs, budgets, and inventories across multiple locations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel between stores and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in hiring, training, and staff development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
