Job Title: Regional Director of Operations
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and achievement of performance goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Mentor and support Area Managers and General Managers to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Analyze business performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
