We are seeking a Bar Manager to lead a small team of bar or pub staff through hands-on example, assisting with drink mixing or table service as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring the front-of-house is fully staffed, especially during peak times, meeting sales and profitability targets, monitoring beverage inventory to maintain adequate stock, and overseeing the cleanliness of staff and the bar area to comply with health regulations.
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 per year
Work hours: 50-55 hours per week.
