Position: General Manager 

Locations: Multiple locations across East, West, and Central markets

Salary:

• General Manager: $55,000 - $65,000

Bonus:

• Up to $1,500 monthly bonus
• $500 for 100% Ecosure visit compliance
• Annual Equity Performance Program: 8% of profit margin, AGM receives 50% of GM's bonus

Relocation Assistance:

Interview Process:

• Initial phone call with Regional D.O. (Director of Operations)
• Successful candidates proceed to a Market Visit
• Follow-up with a second phone interview or panel Zoom Interview
