General Manager Responsibilities:

As a General Manager at our fast-food restaurant, you'll be tasked with ensuring the profitability and adherence to critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Setting high standards, you'll work closely with your team to establish and achieve restaurant goals, collaborating with leaders to develop strategic plans for success. Leading a team of Department Managers, you'll provide guidance and support to help them excel in their specific roles, ultimately enhancing overall restaurant performance.

In addition to overseeing daily operations, General Managers are instrumental in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the restaurant has a skilled and motivated team poised for future growth. Ideal candidates will have previous General Manager experience in managing high-volume locations, preferably within the quick-service restaurant industry or related fields such as hospitality or retail. To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the necessary age requirements.
