• Actively lead daily line operations, orchestrate high-volume shifts, and oversee the complex's dedicated family meal program.

Requirements

• 10+ Years Experience: Progressive culinary leadership in high-volume, elevated fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premier multi-unit brands.

• High-Volume Expertise: Proven success managing large-scale operations ($18M+ revenue) without compromising on meticulous presentation and quality.

• Passionate Pedigree: Strong background in authentic Latin cuisine; background with acclaimed culinary groups (e.g., Jose Andres Group, Javier's, Toca Madera) is highly preferred.
