Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective management of food and labor costs
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to optimize service delivery
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for management
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • HU Certification or equivalent preferred
